Wonderful

It was convenient. We felt safe at the property. The property was very clean amd taken care of.

I didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Also, it advertised a spa and workout center that wasn’t ready or usable.

room was good and clean, roomy

food could be better. We ordered fish and pizza for lunch, it was not done right. Chefs apologized right away and offered another dishes. We did not take it but it was a nice gesture.

A very nice hotel in a central location. The staff and service are very good and we were also satisfied with the restaurant and breakfast. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Breakfast had a variety to choose from and very cozy.we loved it.

Beds are good but can be made better.size is abit small but comfortable. Otherwise Sarova is and will always be my home away from home.keep it up.

Really great, but could’ve been slightly cleaner.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Most parts of the room were comfy and very clean (which is a must for me!).

The floor of the shower was not clean - the mat didn’t look clean and the corners around the shower floor could have used some cleaning/bleaching as there was some gunk built up there.

Beautiful place.

+The food was amazing. + The rooms are clean. + The pool is heated. + The channels on TV are comprehensive. +++ Best of it all, the members of staff are great! Right from the security man at the gate to the general manager. Impressive service.

- The spa and changing rooms are still under construction. - I was asked by security to delete the photos of the amazing fountain that I had taken. I was going to do free advertising with them....

We had a short overnight stay but the staff were very helpful and courteous, the room comfortable with all facilities we required, the breakfast superb. The location is very useful, just off the main Nairobi road.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff offered impeccable service. The hostess Theresa went over and above in helping in whatever we needed. We will certainly retirn to this property when we return.

Our stay felt homely.

I liked the quality of the facility. Much thought was given to the design and the quality of finishings. The island garden punctuated by the flowers and the pagodas is extremely beautiful. The restaurant is well spaced and the buffet area well thought through. The breakfast had a good variety of a delicious selection. Job, the front office manager was very helpful and he took his time to listen to the nightmare that was my attempt to make a booking directly with the hotel.

My experience trying to make a reservation directly with the hotel. I had to do it through booking.com

Quite good but could be much better.....

Would be much more convenient if the air conditioning was remote controlled....but otherwise everything was ok except that the food service in the rooms is a bit pricey. The promised spa and gym were glaringly missing

Clean, comfortable bed. Cosy room conveniences for a business traveler. Turndown service was on point and customer service desk called each evening to check on me if all was ok .
